Short version: trendinus sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not collect personal data about you.

What we collect
- Click counts: when you click a button that takes you to a booking site, we record which option was clicked, on which page and at what time. We do not store your IP address, a cookie or anything else that identifies you.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a limited time and are not used to profile visitors.
We do not have user accounts, newsletters or contact forms, so we do not ask for your name or email address.
Why we process it (legal basis)
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Anonymous click counts contain no personal data.
Cookies
trendinus does not set any cookies and does not use local storage to track you. Because of this, we do not show a cookie banner.
When you go to a booking site
Our booking links take you to Viator. Viator sets its own cookies so that it knows you came from trendinus and can pay us a commission if you book. That data is handled under Viator's own privacy and cookie policy, which you can read on viator.com.
Third-party content
Tour photos are loaded from the booking partner's image servers, which means your browser connects to those servers and they can see your IP address, as with any website. Fonts, styles and scripts are served by trendinus itself; we do not use Google Fonts, social media widgets or embedded videos.
Hosting
The website is hosted by a hosting provider in Türkiye, which processes server logs on our behalf.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we do not collect personal data beyond short-lived server logs, in most cases there will be nothing stored about you.
